About me

Hi, I’m Lucy — the heart behind Little Moments Photography.

I’m a wedding, family, lifestyle and newborn photographer, but more than that, I’m a storyteller. I believe the most beautiful images aren’t perfectly posed — they’re felt. They’re the quiet cuddles, the belly laughs, the tiny fingers wrapped around yours, the in-between moments that mean everything.

As a single mum to my beautiful little boy, I understand just how quickly time moves. One minute they’re curled up in your arms, and the next they’re running ahead of you. That’s why photography means so much to me — it freezes the fleeting. It turns everyday love into forever memories.

My approach is relaxed, natural and connection-focused. I’ll gently guide you when needed, but mostly I want you to just be — to soak in your people, your love, your story. I’ll take care of the rest. Whether it’s your wedding day, welcoming your newborn, or simply capturing your family as you are right now, I’m here to preserve your little moments — the ones that become the big ones. I can’t wait to tell your story

Lucy

Why did it start?

Little Moments Photography started on a whim of family and friends encouraging me to pursue the hobby that had been embedded in me from a young age, when I got my first camera from my mum at 13

What motivates me?

My son is the reason behind everything I do. He motivates me every day to work harder, dream bigger, and build something meaningful — not just for today, but for our future. My business is driven by the desire to create stability, opportunity, and a legacy he can be proud of.

How did you start?

I took an online course in photography and digital media certificate III 3 years ago. When I started, I decided to offer shoots for free to build my portfolio for friends and family, from there I advertised in my local town and just kept doing so till I found myself here!

What camera do you use?

I use a Canon R6 Mark II, and I hands down love it! I recommend it for anyone ,so easy to use with the proper education.
